Pemadale Ltd. is a Calgary-based construction company specializing in residential and commercial builds, renovations, and full-scale project management.


As an Indigenous-owned business, Pemadale is led by Peter Campbell, a proud member of the White Sands Nation in Ontario. With over 23 years of hands-on construction experience, Peter is a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter with a Blue Seal in Business Competencies, reflecting both technical excellence and advanced business leadership. His ongoing professional development and additional trade designations continue to expand the depth of expertise within our team.

  • Fixed-Price Contracts : A clearly defined scope and price, with change orders for any additions or reductions.
  • Cost-Plus Billing : You pay only for actual labour, materials, and subcontractor costs, plus an agreed management fee.
  • Time & Materials (T&M) : Ideal for smaller or evolving projects, billed by hourly labour and actual materials used.
  • Progress / Milestone Billing : Payments are tied to specific stages of work, keeping costs predictable.

Our approach is simple: no surprises, no ambiguity, and no hidden fees. Only honest, transparent invoicing that reflects the work completed.

Safety, Insurance & Compliance

Trust begins with safety. Pemadale is SECOR certified, fully compliant with WCB and OHS standards, and carries liability insurance, bonding, and course-of-construction coverage. Every team member builds responsibly, ensuring clients, partners, and crews are protected while work is completed to the highest professional standards.
