At Pemadale, construction is more than materials and timelines. We create opportunities. Opportunities for families to grow, for businesses to thrive, and for communities to strengthen.
Our services are built around quality, communication, and trust. In the unpredictable construction industry, our promise never breaks: you are only charged for the labour and materials that are truly part of your project, and the work is completed on time and on budget.
Pemadale Ltd. is a Calgary-based construction company specializing in residential and commercial builds, renovations, and full-scale project management.
As an Indigenous-owned business, Pemadale is led by Peter Campbell, a proud member of the White Sands Nation in Ontario. With over 23 years of hands-on construction experience, Peter is a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter with a Blue Seal in Business Competencies, reflecting both technical excellence and advanced business leadership. His ongoing professional development and additional trade designations continue to expand the depth of expertise within our team.
Pemadale exists to create opportunities for families, businesses, and communities. We measure success by meeting your expectations and delivering projects on time and on budget. Our mission, therefore, is simple and unwavering:
To build better, so you could live better.
Pemadale is a family business shaped by family principles. We believe a great project supports a great life for our clients, our team, and our partners.
That’s why we prioritize a culture of balance and respect. Our crews do not work weekends or statutory holidays, allowing time with family, rest, and community involvement. Strong teams produce better focus, better communication, and better results. It shows in every project we complete.
Every client and every project is different, which is why Pemadale offers billing structures designed for clarity, control, and peace of mind.
We offer:
Our approach is simple: no surprises, no ambiguity, and no hidden fees. Only honest, transparent invoicing that reflects the work completed.
We carry the responsibility of closing the housing gap for Indigenous, Métis, and Inuit communities with pride. As an Indigenous-owned company, we approach every project with cultural awareness, long-term sustainability, and respect for community priorities.
Through meaningful partnerships with Nations and housing organizations, we help create safe, durable, and community-focused housing where it’s needed most.
